Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions and hints and tips on how to get the best out of the site and your FukYoo items.



how does the FukYoo site work?

Find the type of item you want in the shop, and click on it. The item page will display and you can scroll down or use the arrow button bottom left to see the reverse view.

The options window will open on the right (except on mobile where you need to click its button top right of the screen to show the options window).

The options window can be hidden and shown by clicking the hide/show options button.


Some items have secondary areas available in different colours or patterns from the primary options, in which case the area selection box will be shown at the top of the options window, with primary and secondary area selection buttons. By default the primary area of the item is selected.


Next, the primary colours and patterns that are available for the item are shown. Pick the colour or pattern you want.



If available - you can now select the secondary area button.


Now the secondary area colours and patterns available for the item are shown. Change the colour or pattern if you want.



Note: Each primary area colour and pattern has its own particular secondary area colour and pattern options, so changing a primary area colour or pattern choice will reset the secondary options to its particular default.

At the bottom of the options window are buttons for size guide, details, specs, and a gallery of images for the item.

In the gallery you can see a range of photos of the item and close-up details.


The specs tells you all you need to know about the item's construction and care.


In the details is a description of the item with highlights of its features.


The size guide lists the sizes the item is available in, and their equivilent in inches and cm.


Once you are happy with your choices, select your size from the drop down list.


If the size with your selection options is not available, it will show as sold out and not be possible to select it.

Click the add to cart button.

You can preview how many items are in your cart by the number shown on the cart icon.


To view your cart, click the cart icon in the options box or in the main nav bar.

Any items you have put into your cart will be listed, along with a description of each item including its colour/pattern and size.

You can add or reduce quantiies, or delete an item to remove it from your cart.

You need to select your delivery country. Shipping is FREE worldwide.

You can go back to the shop at any time and add more items to your cart, and when you're finished complete your purchase by clicking the PayPal checkout button.

PayPal is our secure online payment provider, you don't have to have a PayPal account to use this, and the system will accept all major credit cards.

colour and pattern accuracy

We have made every effort to make the colours on screen as accurate as possible.

However, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match of the on screen colour to the colours of the actual products and the colour appearing on screen should not be relied on as being such.

Colours on screen may vary depending on your screen settings and resolution.

Patterns are shown on the item's graphic in a representive way only.

In the gallery for each item are larger swatches of patterns, along with other images and photos of the item, that are intended to help you gain a more accurate impression. (See how does the FukYoo site work?)

what currencies do you accept?

To see prices in either USD, GBP, EUR, AUD or SGD, you can click the currency icon at the top of the screen in the nav bar, select your currency choice and view the price of your item in the shop or item pages.

If items are already in your cart, you won’t be able to change the displayed currency unless you empty your cart, change to your preferred currency and then add items again.

As we’re based in Singapore, actual payment is made in Singapore Dollars (SGD), but your bank/card company will manage the conversion. You'll see the total in your currency choice in the cart and in the order confirmation email.

returns

We hope you love your FukYoo items. but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s very simple to return with our 28 day returns policy.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags, and complete with the despatch note (order paperwork).

Within 28 days of receiving your FukYoo items, simply send back the items that you want to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid for the item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse in Singapore.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on swimwear, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

what are FukYoo’s returns conditions?

You can return items within 28 days of receipt of your order. You will need to request a returns authorisation via our returns centre. Once we receive your item back at our warehouse in Singapore, we will process your return.

In order for us to accept your return, ensure your items are unworn, unwashed and the box is still intact. Please ensure they're packed properly and you need to include the despatch note (order paperwork) in your return so we know it's your return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse in Singapore so we strongly suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage.

Refunds should take no-longer than 7-10 days following receipt. Refunds are made to the original payment method only. If you return your whole order, we will refund the cost of the items and the cost of our standard delivery; express or other non-standard shipping costs will not be refunded. If you return part of your order, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded. If you reject your delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

what is the FukYoo returns process?

follow these simple steps to return your items.

  1. Fill-up the form found at our return centre and the team will review and authorise your request.
  2. We’ll email you a personalised address label and return instructions
  3. Return your items to the address on the label
  4. We’ll refund your original order payment or process your exchange request when:
    1. You reply to our email with your return tracking details and
    2. We receive your items at our warehouse


Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

can I cancel my order?

We only have a very small window to cancel your order once an order has been placed. We are unable to cancel the order once this has been packed or dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will let you know if we are able to cancel the order for you.

If we are unable to cancel the order, you have 28 days to return the order for a full refund.

how do I know it's a real FukYoo?

If it’s not from FukYoo.com, it’s not a real FukYoo™.

FukYoo products are only available from from this website.

We take great care to create the very best quality products, and do not sell anywhere else. We do not want you to end up with inferior rubbish from copyshops and irresponsible clothing wholesale portals. A Rose by any other name...

If you see something with a copy of the FukYoo brand or FukYoo designs for sale anywhere other than authorised outlets or this site, it's not a real FukYoo product. We'd be happy to hear from you if you find anything online or elsewhere. We'll send you a prize should we find breaches of our trademarks or copyright.

are payment and shopping on your site safe & secure?

Absofukinglutely.

Our checkout page uses PayPal e-commerce technology, which puts all transactions through ssl encryption for your security. You can pay with most major cards or PayPal, if you already have a PayPal account.

You do not have to have, or set up, a PayPal account to make a payment.

We use a reputable shipping company and provide a tracking number for all orders.

worldwide delivery is free

The price you see for an item is the price we charge. There are no additional shipping charges.

All deliveries are tracked and signed for service via SingPost with 5-7 days for all orders. Please note: the delivery dates shown are based on advice from our carriers.

You will be sent a tracking number in your order confirmation email.

why is an item/size not available

An item or a particular size will not be available to add to your basket if it is out of stock. An item may be out of stock because of seasonal change, high demand, or simply no longer be available.

To keep FukYoo style fresh, some item's designs, colours or patterns are only made in limited quantities, and newer ones will replace them at a later time. Once limted editions are sold out, that's it.

We will be adding more items and designs, so keep checking the website for the latest updates.

what size should I order?

It is very difficult to recommend which size to purchase as each person has their own preferences for how an item should fit and feel.

Check the size guide in each item’s options box for help with your decision.

ordering and the Contract

When we sell a product to you, just like all purchases, there's a contract in place for that sale.

Your order via the Site for a product is an offer to buy that product from us. When we get your order, we will send you an order confirmation email listing each product you have requested to buy and an estimated delivery date.

This order confirmation email is acceptance of your offer by us. At that point a contract will be made between us for you to buy, and for us to sell, the product that you have requested to buy.

You will know when we have despatched your product, because we will send you an email letting you know.

problems

It is important that each product’s use and care instructions are followed properly.

For garments, it is important that washing instructions are followed exactly as stated on the label. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the factory. For accessories, it is important that instructions about any restrictions on use are followed.
Note: A hot iron will damage the soft embossed FukYoo logos.

It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the product you have bought. We are not responsible to you to the extent that the problem with your product is caused by your incorrect use or care.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on swimwear, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

But we also understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. If there is a problem with your product, just get in touch as outlined below and we’ll try and help you.

I have received a faulty product

If you think the product you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team by email at customercare@fukyoo.com. The team will tell you how to proceed. Please include as many details as possible about the fault.

I have received an incorrect product in my order

If you have received an incorrect product in your order, please contact our customer service team at customercare@fukyoo.com. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the incorrect item.

A product is missing from my order

Sometimes we don’t send everything you’ve ordered at the same time, so please check your packing note and despatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact our customer service team at customercare@fukyoo.com, who will try to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
