In the unlikely event you are unhappy or there is a problem with manufacture, you can return any item for a replacement or refund within 28 days of receiving your original order.
We'll send your replacement to the original delivery address.
If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
We'll refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes discount and sale items.
All goods will be carefully inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed properly and can not get damaged during shipping.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
We try hard to accept all returns, but please note they should be in their original packaging and with all tags in place.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on swimwear, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
You will need to cover any postage costs, which are non-refundable except for defect/incorrect item(s).
We strongly suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage.

The price of any products will be as quoted on our Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices exclude any delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. See our Delivery Policy in the help section for more information on this.
Our Site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our despatch process so that, where the product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when despatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we may either contact you and ask you if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price, or we may contact you to tell you that we have cancelled your order (and you will then need to place a new order if you still wish to buy the product).
We accept payment from most major credit cards via PayPal.
By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that the payment details provided by you are valid and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
FukYoo Pte Ltd. is not responsible for and will not refund any charges incurred upon arrival of our products.

Prices and cost of shipping published on our website do not include any of those charges. Placing an order with FukYoo Pte Ltd you agree to take full responsibility for any charges incurred by importing our goods into your country.
We are under a legal duty to supply products that comply with the contract for the sale of products between you and us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if your goods are faulty we will refund you or replace them for up to a year from purchase in most cases, just contact our customer service team by email at customercare@fukyoo.com.

If you are not happy with the response you receive or anything else about your experience with FukYoo you can contact our customer services team directly by email at customercare@fukyoo.com.
Once our customer services team have received your complaint we will acknowledge it by email within 24 working hours, so if we receive your complaint at 5pm on a Friday you should receive an acknowledgement by 5pm the following Monday.
If your issue is straightforward we will be in touch with a resolution within 72 working hours of sending the acknowledgment to you.
If you do not feel that your complaint has been fully resolved when you receive the final response from our customer services team please let our customer services team know and they will refer your complaint to our complaints team. Our complaints team will deal with your complaint in line with the timescales set out above.

When you are placing an order, you will be asked to provide some or all of: your name, billing address and delivery address details, your email address, and telephone number. Our e-commerce channel, PayPal, will also require your credit/debit card details. FukYoo does not see this credit card data.
We may also collect information about you such as your name, address and contact details where you enter a competition, promotion, or prize-draw we may operate.
We may obtain information about your usage of our site to help us develop and improve it further.
We have taken every care in the preparation of the material on our Site. However, the material displayed on our Site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.
